~At the invitation of Harbour Landing & Albert Park Communities, the Confucius Institute at Regina University set up a Chinese culture interactive booth in the Summer Bash Event, one of the largest local festivals in Regina. As the representative of local Chinese community and its culture, the participation of Confucius Institutes booth added a strong Chinese character to the event by offering several Chinese traditional games, such as ground dragon boat racing, paper dragon making and pitch-pot.
The event was a great success, and around 10,000 people from Regina and its surrounding area came to the event.
